HealthCraft Products, a provider of home safety solutions, partnered with Differly Inc. and Input UX through the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) to optimize its ecommerce platform, www.healthcraft.com. Despite significant investments in the platform, HealthCraft experienced slow growth and mediocre conversion performance. Our objective was to conduct an extensive UX audit to identify opportunities for optimizing conversion and enhancing the overall user experience for customers. Input UX evaluated a range of factors impacting website performance, including hosting and technical infrastructure, usability and design, ecommerce best practices, and operational efficiencies.

Through stakeholder interviews, analytics review, and a thorough UX and conversion review, we delivered a detailed findings and recommendations report, as well as a prioritized feature release roadmap. Our recommendations and roadmap have catalyzed numerous initiatives within HealthCraft, leading to technical overhauls, usability improvements, and workflow upgrades, positioning HealthCraft for success.
